ARCANEUM Perfumes is an independent fragrance house. This notice explains what information the ARCANEUM website receives through the private preview form and its privacy-conscious first-party traffic measurement.
Information you choose to send
When you submit the private preview form, ARCANEUM receives the name and email address you provide, your selected area of interest, your selected fragrance if any, and any optional message you write.
How ARCANEUM uses it
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, manage private-sampling and launch-interest conversations, understand which fragrances people want to experience, and communicate about the request you made.
First-party website analytics
The site records privacy-minimized page views so ARCANEUM can understand unique visitors, returning visits, popular pages, referral sources, and traffic trends. A random visitor identifier is stored in your browser using local storage, with a separate session identifier in session storage. The record can include the page path and title, time of visit, the referring website’s domain, and a two-letter country code only when an authoritative hosting signal makes one available.
ARCANEUM analytics does not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, URL query strings, form contents, advertising identifiers, or a fingerprint assembled from your device. The site does not guess a country from language or time zone. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and the browser opt-out value arcaneum_analytics_opt_out=1 disable this measurement.
Infrastructure
The website uses Supabase infrastructure to receive and store private preview submissions and minimized analytics events. The public website can submit those records, but it is not given public permission to read, edit, or delete stored submissions or analytics.
Advertising and sale of information
ARCANEUM does not sell personal information submitted through this form or collected through first-party analytics. The current site does not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising pixels. It loads Google Fonts and uses Supabase for the private preview form and first-party analytics.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, sampling interest, launch planning, or related business records. If you want to ask what information ARCANEUM has from your submission, correct it, or request deletion, email arcaneumperfumes@gmail.com.
Changes
If the site begins using advertising technology, e-commerce services, materially different analytics, or other materially different data practices, this notice will be updated before those changes are relied upon.
